 MARTINEZ, ALEXANDER was born on February 23, 1960 and passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 in Albuquerque. Alex was a fun loving person with many friends from many different walks of life. He loved his family, his Harley, and of course, his roosters. He lived life full throttle and never looked back at what might have been. Alex was preceded in death by his sister Josephine Martinez. He is survived by his beloved family; two daughters, Victoria and Amilia Martinez; two grandchildren, Emilio and Trinity; his mother and father, Demetrio and Felicita Martinez; siblings, Frank, Rose and Dennis Martinez as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbors who loved him and will miss him greatly. Services will be held at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, 4th and Alameda NW. A Rosary will be recited on Monday, August 5, 2013 at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 9:00 am. Burial will follow at San Carlos Cemetery on Alameda, east of the Church.
