BARICH, CHARLES HAROLD passed away on July 5, 2013 at the New Mexico Veteran's Home in Truth or Consequences. He was born on 9/25/1915 in Roslyn, WA and served in the Navy during World War II. He was a passionate golfer who played into his 90's, and won a gold medal at the New Mexico State Senior Olympics. Chuck made friends wherever he went and was greatly loved for his cheerful and positive outlook on life. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Gladys Twitty Barich and his four children, Sharon Grasst of Seattle, WA, Caroline Powers of Greensboro, NC, Charles R. Barich of Placitas, NM, and Sara Beth Barich of Albuquerque. His ashes will rest in the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
