 LOPEZ, BENJAMIN "BENJIE" Age 61, born August 11, 1951 entered eternal life on June 29, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Priscilla Lopez; daughters, Patricia Lopez, Carolyn Lopez, Roberta Lopez and Rachel Lopez (Evan Sanders); grandchildren, Joesyah, Stacy, Raquel, Shelby, Benjamin and Elizabeth; mother, Cecilia Lopez; brother, Daniel (Joy); sisters, Bernadette Moya (Joe), Gina Lopez (Bernie), Janel Molina (Ronnie), Ann McMillan (Mike), Sonya Lasher (Rob), Doreen Vigil (Andrew); god-children, Philip Pena (stationed in HI), Parker McMillan and Linda Lee; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Ben is preceded in death by father, Vidal Lopez; and brother, Louie Lopez. Ben was born in Veguita, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, NM. He's a graduate of Belen High and NMSU. He was a Staff Sgt. in the Air Force. He loved spending time with his family and taking trips to Laughlin and Las Vegas with Pricscilla. By trade he was a diesel mechanic but his main passion was driving charter bus tours around the US but mainly Nevada. Rosary will be recited Friday, July 5, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish, 1860 Griegos, NW. Mass to follow at 9:00 a.m. Interment will be in Veguita, NM.
