ORTEGA, LOUIS Was born on February 14, 1931 and passed away at home on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the age of 82, surrounded by his loving family and friends. A Native New Mexican and long time resident of ABQ., he served honorably in the U.S. Army in the Korean War. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. Louie is survived by his wife, Gloria Ortega; daughters, Loribeth LeCours and Sonia Starr; grandchildren, Sheila, April, Sean, David and Matthew; great grandchildren, Dominic, Maura, Gabriel and Joshua; friends, Manuel, Louie, Chui, Jessica, Louisa, Anthony, and Terry; as well as numerous other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Memorial Services have been held. "then we who are alive and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air". I Thessalonians 4:17.
