SCOTT, MARK ALAN Born on 8/19/52 in Pittsburgh, CA and passed away on 5/20/13 in Albuquerque, NM. and he enjoyed a whole lot of living in between. Known as "Cowboy", Mark always saw the good in everyone and everyone saw the good in him. He worked in the construction world for 35 years, known as "The Backhoe Buckaroo" and "Concrete Cowboy". He loved as hard as he worked and had a wonderful family that he was so proud of which includes his loving wife, Deborah Scott; parents, Jim and Jo Shelver and Fred and Betty Scott; brothers Todd Shelver and Steven and Gary Scott; sisters Lori Mellison and Karen Rider; daughters Monica and Brittney Scott; son Jacob Scott; and two grandsons, Cienan & Logan. His other family, the great men and ladies of Green Cab, Albuquerque Cab and Yellow Cab have generously shown their respect and support to the cabbie named "Cowboy" and it is sincerely appreciated. Mark asked that this be quoted: "Remember me with smiles and laughter, for that's how I'll remember you all. If you can only remember me with tears and sorrow, don't remember me at all". Arrangements have been entrusted to Riverside Funeral Home.
