GOODSON, MIKE EDISON Age 95, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, April 30, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Johnnie M. Goodson of Albuquerque, NM; son, Edison J. Goodson of McAlester, OK; daughter, Toni M. Montessi (Rinaldi) of Porter, OK; son, Michael Goodson (Ellen) of Albuquerque, NM; and son, Wesley Goodson (Michele) of Albuquerque, NM. He also leaves behind grandchildren; great- grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Jacob Israel Goodson and mother, Virgie Daisy Seymore. Mike was a member of Alameda Baptist Church. Services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH - University. Friends and family are invited to a visitation at FRENCH - University on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service in Oklahoma will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, 10:00 a.m., at Evans - Miller Funeral Home, 411 Dewey Ave, Poteau, OK, with burial to follow at Shady Point Cemetery, Shady Point, OK.
