CASTILLO, ROBERT (BOBBY) age 74, a resident of Albuquerque, born September 28, 1938, passed away on February 20, 2013. Mr. Castillo is survived by his wife, Margie; daughters, Annette Baca, and Kathy Gonzales; four grandchildren, Monica Rodriguez and husband, Jesus, Erica Baca, Christina Gonzales, and Christopher Gonzales; three great-grandchildren, Estevan Rodriguez, Ciena Rodriguez, Rhiana Rodriguez; sister, Dolores Becerra and husband, Ron; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr Castillo was preceded in death by his four brothers, Manuel Castillo, Frank Castillo, Eusebio (Eddie) Castillo, and Tommy Castillo. Robert was a member of the Catholic Church, after high school he was drafted by the Chicago White Sox, played baseball with the Dave's 9, was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, retired U.S. Postal Worker, and was Sergeant of Arms for ex-Senator Manny Aragon and was also a Bailiff for Judge Romero. Robert was an avid golf player and loved to cook for others. Visitation will be on Monday, February 25, 2013 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at St Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1818 Coal Pl. S.E. Final visitation will be Tuesday, February 26, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. the Church, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Committal Service will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45pm. Pallbears will be Steve Becerra, Ron Becerra, Richard Castillo, George Castillo, Gerald Castillo, Fred Castillo.
