 LAZARUS, DOROTHY BELLE PERKINS A WWII veteran and a resident of Albuquerque, NM was married to her beloved husband for over 65 years. She passed away on February 8, 2013 at the age of 89. She was preceded in death by her parents, Orah D. and Anna Belle Perkins; her brother, Philip J. Perkins; husband, Eugene Lazarus; daughter, Patricia Lazarus Coughenour; and her son, Michael Lazarus. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Lazarus of Albuquerque, NM and grandchildren, Michael J. Lazarus and his wife, Diane of Sandia Park, NM, Nathan E. Lazarus and his wife, Valerie of Albuquerque, NM, and Jillian Lazarus also of Albuquerque and Ann M. Donald of Liberty, SC. Dorothy is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Marlee, Emily Rose, Isis, Katianna, Eric and Nick. Dorothy was an outgoing and vivacious woman. She was a successful businesswoman who owned and managed Aladdin Travel for many years. She and her husband, Gene, loved to travel and entertain. Dorothy loved life as much as she adored her husband, children and grandchildren. There will be a private family interment at Sunset Memorial Park.
