 WILKIE, JOHN ELMER John was born in Elmhurst, NY on July 2, 1924. He died on February 10, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Joan; his son, Dr. James Wilkie and wife, Susan Andrews; his daughter, Jane J. Wilkie and husband Peter Olsho; granddaughter, Jessica Wilkie; grandsons, Capt. Alex Wilkie and wife Irina, Andrew Wilkie and wife Samantha, and Steven Wilkie; and brother, William and wife Alice. John was preceded in death by his son, Michael. Mr. Wilkie graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1948. He was a veteran of WWII and the Korean War. Friends may visit FRENCH - Wyoming Wednesday, February 13, 2013 from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. Services will be held Thursday, February 14, 2013, 11:00 a.m., at Faith Lutheran Church, 10000 Spain NE, with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
