LONDENE, DONNA ALLENE MCCOY A long time resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, Feburary 1, 2013. She was eighty. She is survived by her husband, Carl E. Londene; two daughters, Denise Baker and Darlene Capshaw; and a son, Darrell; nine grandchildren, David, Jennifer, Lindsey, and Kristen Baker, Lauren, Kathleen and Samantha Capshaw, and Madeleine and Lewis Londene; and a sister, Dolores E. McCoy Barnhill of Yakima, Washington. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald L. McCoy and Gertrude E. Block McCoy of Albuquerque. She was a native of Kansas, born in Hugoton and raised in Russell, Kansas. She was a member of the Delta Zetta Sorority. She was a member of the South Valley Exchange, a member of the First United Methodist Church, was a past president of the Albuquerque Sister Cities and co-chair for sister city Helmstedt, Germany. She was active in various organizations. She was a sponsor and officer in South Valley Little League Baseball, a member of the Edelweiss Dancers, Sweet Adelines and others. She enjoyed the outdoors and her favorite hobbies were fishing, dancing, and music.
