 WENDLICK, GARY ALLAN 57 years old, passed away peacefully surrounded by his three children on December 29, 2012, after a long battle with cancer. Gary was born in Albuquerque, NM where he lived the majority of his life. He attended the University of New Mexico and received a business administration degree from the Anderson School of Management. Gary enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, golfing, Steelers football, and Buds. He was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed. Gary was preceded in death by his father, Lester Wendlick. He is survived by his mother, Agnes (Aggie) Wendlick; children, Vanessa Wendlick and Matthew Kubas, Lindsey DeJoy and husband Anthony, and Craig Wendlick; grandchildren, Teagan Kubas, and Jayden, Deren, and Adalyn DeJoy; sisters, Sherrill Barrett and husband Larry, Gayle Bachechi and husband John; nieces and nephews, Scott Barrett, Jill Harral, husband Clay, and three daughters, Genna Bachechi and Eric Kreutzer, and Jamie Bachechi. Special thanks to the UNM Cancer Center and Presbyterian Hospice. Memorial services will be held at Sagebrush Community Church, 6440 Coors Blvd Northwest, Albuquerque, on Friday, January 4th. Reception to follow at Malarky's, 25 Hotel Circle Northeast, Albuquerque.
