| LARA, JOSEPH C. IV FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS Joseph C. Lara IV December 21, 1995 - March 10, 1997 14 months 17 days old I believe he can fly. I believe he can touch the sky. I think about him every night and day, he spreads his wings and flies away. I believe he can soar. I see him running through an open door. I believe he can because I believe in miracles.
