 ORTIZ, IGNACIO Ignacio Bravo Ortiz, Jr. WWII Veteran, Purple Heart and Medal of Honor Recipient, passed away in his daughters arm's on November 6, 2012. He is survived by his three children; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and long time friend, Keith Walker. Ignacio retired from Sandia National Labs after 27 years of service. Ignacio's daughter, Cecilia Michelle Marie was his caregiver and companion for the last 10 years. She was always right by his side to make sure that he got the care and love that he deserved.
