CHAFFEE, HAROLD DEAN Dad was granted his final wish to live out his life in the home he built. He passed away peacefully November 1, 2012, two days after his 88th birthday. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Lucille. He is survived by his three children, Mark, Diane, and Brian; son-in-law, Fred LaRoche; daughter-in-law, Erin Chaffee; grandchildren, Cole and Carmen; and sister, Jeanene Larcom and her husband, Gary. Dad served in the Army in WWII. His professional life was devoted to land development, real estate and custom home building. He owned and operated the Harold Chaffee Company. Memorial services will be held Monday, November 5, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at Christ the Ray of Hope Lutheran Church, 7001 San Antonio Dr., NE. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
