 MAESTAS, LUCY age 81, born May 31, 1931, passed away on October 28, 2012. Mrs. Maestas is survived by her children; Grace Giron and husband, Patrick, Sam Maestas, Julia Maestas, Daniel Maestas and wife, Amy, Luana Isaacs and husband, John, Barbara Garner and husband, Rick, Thomas Maestas and wife, Marlene; sister, Manuela Chavez and husband, Ramon; brother-in-law, Frank Barela; sister-in-law, Lorenza Barela; nineteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Maestas was preceded in death by her husband of forty years, Elfigo Q Maestas; and daughter Jesucita. Visitation will be on Friday, November 2, 2012 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5215 Fortuna Rd. NW from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m; Mass of Christian Burial will follow the Rosary at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be Saturday, November 3, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. in the Fierro Cemetery, Fierro, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be Patrick Giron, Milton M. Torrez, Jason Maestas, Vincent Maestas, Brett Garner, Carlos Apodaca, Frank E. Barela.
