 TAFOYA, FRANCISCO M. "FRANK" Born 5/18/40, a life long resident of Alameda, died Tuesday, October 2, 2012. He is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Betty Tafoya; sons, Steve Tafoya and wife Gina, Cisco Tafoya, Lucas Tafoya and wife Teresa; daughters, Phyllis Padilla and husband Rudy, Brenda Quintana and husband Zeke. He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Tafoya; his mother, Rose Gallegos; and his brothers, Loyde Tafoya, Claude Tafoya, Johnny Tafoya, Jessie Tafoya, Sammy Tafoya; and his granddaughter, Ashley Franchesca Quintana. He was a very giving and loving husband, father and grandfather. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all of his family. Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church, 3424 4th Street NW.
