HERTZLER, ROBERT "BRUCE" Age 78, a resident of Albuquerque, died peacefully Monday, September 10, 2012. He is survived by his children, Christopher B Manhard, Valerie Hertzler, Erik F. Hertzler, Brandon K. Hertzler and Deborah Duran; seven grandchildren; and many other family and friends. Bruce served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. He was an avid pilot, who bought, flew and restored the first airplane used to monitor the Alaskan pipeline. Bruce fought for the expansion for individuals 4th Amendment rights, which cumulated in the passage of the Equal Access to Justice Act by Congress. Friends may visit French - Lomas Chapel for visitation on Monday, September 17, 2012, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am, services will follow at 11:15 am at Santa Fe National Cemetery, 501 N.
