 LUCERO, MARIANO BACA Mariano, age 77, born: July 17, 1935; died: September 11, 2012. Mariano Baca Lucero, known to many as "Pat" of Bernalillo, New Mexico went home to be with our Lord after a long illness in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loved ones on September 11, 2012. Pat was preceded in death by his parents Alberto Lucero and Adelina Baca. He is survived by his children Christine Lucero-Ramirez Frank- land, Nobert Fierro, Jr. and wife, Marie, Ida Fierro, Marian Lucero and Mariano Lucero II. He also leaves behind 14 grandchild- ren and four great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank his granddaughter Mariah Lucero-Bar ner and fiance, Ivan Sena for their care and comfort in his last days before he went home to the Lord. Celebrate his passing to a better place. A place where he is free from pain and can now be forever happy. The Rosary and memorial service was held on Friday, September 14, 2012 at Our Lady of Sorrows in Bernalillo, New Mexico. Presiding over the service was Father Stephen Imbarrato. Cremation was provided by Direct Funeral Services in Albuquerque, NM.
