RUBEN R. Age 75, passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012. Ruben is survived by his daughters, Melissa E. Sanchez and her husband Christopher Diffee, and Tiffany L. Sanchez and her husband Michael Olmi; and their mother, Clarice J. Sanchez; grandchildren, Quincy and Greer; brother, David Sanchez; sisters, Esther Sandoval and Corine Gallegos; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Mercedes Sanchez; brother, Claude Sanchez; and sisters, Erlinda Sanchez, Lilly Carasco, Nona Castillo and Tillie Fresquez. Ruben was a lifelong New Mexico resident and an active real estate developer. He was an avid sports fan and a doting father and grandfather who will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Friends may visit French - Wyoming Chapel on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. Rosary will be recited at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish, 2621 Vermont St. NE. Ruben will be laid to rest at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.
