JOELLA U. Age 93, a resident of Albuquerque, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 28, 2012. She is survived by her son, Randy D. McAda and wife Debbie; grandchildren, Lisa Garcia and husband JP, Natalie A. Chavez and husband Raymond and Michael McAda. She is also survived by her great-grandson, Blake and many other relatives and friends. Mrs. McAda was preceded in death by her husbands, Hansel D. McAda and Burnett C. Cornwell; her parents, William F. and Effie B. Miller; her daughter, Judy Ann Smith; and her son, Gary Don McAda. Joella was a graduate of Tucumcari High School. She and her husband owned and operated motels in Tucumcari and Santa Rosa for many years. Joella was a member of Hoffmantown Church, was a gifted seamstress, a devoted and generous wife and mother. Graveside services will be held Friday, August 3, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at Tucumcari Memorial Cemetery, 4161 Quay Road 63. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
