WILLIAM W. Was born in Minneapolis, MN on October 12, 1934, and passed away in Albuquerque on July 19, 2012. He is survived by his sister Marlene Johnson of New Hope, MN; nieces Kimberly Johnson and Kelly Larson (Carl); and great nieces Jessica, Nicole and Megan; as well as many friends. After he completed his graduate education in Minnesota, he taught briefly at the University of Florida as an assistant professor and then moved to New Mexico in 1963 to assume a faculty position in Biology at the University of New Mexico, where he remained until his retirement in 1997.
