THERESA MARY of Rio Rancho, age 65, passed away peacefully May 20, 2012. She was born April 8, 1947. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carlo Bonura; father, John Berta; mother, Mary Berta; sister, Marilyn Sara; and brothers, Paul Berta and Edward Berta. She is survived by her two sons and their families: Michael and Kimberlee and their children, Kyra and Erik, of Corrales, New Mexico; and Carlo and Maria and their daughter, Ella, of Bristol, England. She was a loving mother and an enthusiastic quilter. Her gifts of beautiful quilts to friends and family over the years will be cherished. Visitation will take place Sunday, June 24, 2012, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Rio Rancho. Burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Donations can be made to the University of New Mexico Cancer Center.
