Kansas formerly of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away Saturday 9, 2012. He was born on June 26, 1929 in Williams, Arizona to the late Eladio and Rebecca Vallejos. Mr. Vallejos was a veteran of WWII serving with the United States Army. Surviving are two daughters, Barbara Chavez and her husband Jose and Josephine Cervantes. Two sons, John Henry Vallejos and Michael Vallejos. Eleven Grandchildren, twenty eight great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. His sister Antonia Chaves and her husband Sean. Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Monday June 18, 2012 at Salazar and Sons Mortuary. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 8:30 am Tuesday June 19, 2012 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Following interment services a reception will take place at Holy Family Church Parish Hall.
