WILLIAM "BILL" R. 70, entered into rest on June 10, 2012 in Manteca, Ca. He was born on February 12, 1942 in Clayton, N.M. He joins his mother and father Lorean Roberts and William Jarnagin Sr., as well as his son Lawrence Dallas, in heaven. Bill is survived by his wife Katy and his two sons Michael and Paul. He proudly served his country in the USMC from 1960-1962, where he was a weapons instructor; receiving a high expert metal award. Attended San Diego State College. Was self employed as an Architect Designer. Bill's architect designs were extremely influential by Manteca homes and local commercial businesses. A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Friday, June 22, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Rd. Manteca, Ca.
