IDA L. age 79 of Albuquerque, NM. died peacefully on Monday June 4, 2012 in Los Alamos. She was born in Espanola in 1933 to the late Jacobo and Juanita Lujan, and worked with pride for many years as a sales representative for J.C. Penny. Ida was preceded in death by her parents; also by husband, Edward K. Bustos; brothers, Jacobo Lujan, Jr., Robert Lujan, Manuel Lujan, Ricardo Lujan, Dennis "Cheesy" Lujan, Filimon Lujan; and parents-in-law, Seledon and Federica Bustos. She is survived by son Edward G. Bustos of Albuquerque; brother Paul Lujan and wife Nancy of Espanola; sister Diolinda Herrera and husband Dennis of Espanola; several nieces, nephews and other family members. In the final chapter of her life, Ida was blessed by the dignified and gracious care provided by the staff at The Aspen Ridge Lodge of Los Alamos. All services will take place on Friday, June 8th beginning with the recitation of the Rosary at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Rivera Family Funeral Home in Espanola, followed by a committal service at 11:15 A.M. at The Santa Fe National Cemetery, where she will be respectfully laid to rest with her late husband Edward.
