JAMES "SCOTTY" Age 74, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, May 29, 2012. He is survived by his sisters, Anne Marie Proctor and Margaret Proctor, both of Australia; close friends, Butch Cline and Sue Rivard of Cedar Crest, NM, and many other friends including Jasmine. Mr. Proctor was preceded in death by his parents James & Mary Proctor. He was an active member of Christ of Kings Anglican Church. Scotty loved riding motorcycles with his close friends.
