FRANCES JOSEPHINE "FRANNIE" On May 29, 2012, Frannie DeVore, 72, passed away peacefully at her home in Albuquerque. She is survived by her daughter, Dianna DeVore of San Mateo, CA; her brother, Joseph O. Dryer, of Houston, Texas; her close friend, Fred Anderson, of Albuquerque; and her grandson, Rory DeVore also of San Mateo, CA, who brought her great joy in her last days. Frannie was born in Albuquerque on September 26, 1939 to Joseph A. Dryer and Harriet (Marron) Dryer. She graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1957. Frannie became one of the first airline hostesses with Continental Airlines, flying with them until her first marriage in 1962. The verve and spirit that made her so outstanding in her short career at Continental continued to shine throughout her life. A memorial service will be held in her honor on Tuesday, June 5, 11am at San Felipe Neri (Old Town Cathedral) located at 2005 N Plaza St. NW, Albuquerque, NM.
