Obituary for HOFF

LEE J. Age 90, a resident of Albuquerque since 1953, passed away peacefully May 29, 2012. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years V. Nadine; three daughters Sherry Hoff of Belen, NM, Terry White and husband Steve of Greeley, CO, Lou Ann Linder and husband Doug of Albuquerque; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. Mr. Hoff was retired from PPG Industries after 33 years of loyal and devoted service. He was a long time member of Sombra Del Monte Christian Church, Ballut Abyad Chanters, Albert Pike Lodge No. 303, La Mesa Court No. 3 Order of the Amaranth, Desert Rose Order of the Eastern Star, and the Bernalillo County Citizens Unit. Mr. Hoff refereed basketball, umpired city league and little league baseball and was a tenor in the Sun Liners barbershop quartet. Mr. Hoff loved attending to his various rose gardens and was known to all as an avid animal lover. Visitation will be at French University Chapel June 1, 2012 5pm to 7pm and the funeral service will be at French University Chapel June 2, 2012 at 10am with interment following at Sunset Memorial Park.
