LEONARD LLOYD April 30, 1945 - April 27, 2012 Leonard was born in Santa Fe, NM on April 30, 1945 to Abad E. and Emma R. Lucero. He graduated from Valley High School in 1964, spent 3 years in the Army and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in forestry. In 2006, Leonard retried from the U.S. Forest Service after 37 years of service. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Lenore Miner and son, Martin. He is survived by wife, Linda, daughter, Lisa and husband Glen Henneman, grandchildren Nicole, Kevin and Andrew, sister, Jackie (Ernie) Gutierrez; half-sisters Rena, Sandy (Bob) Miner, Carol (Lorenzo) Polaco and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be held at St. Joseph's on the Rio Grande Church, 5901 St. Joseph Dr., Albuquerque. A reception at the church will be immediately following the services.
