ALPHONSE J. Age 77, a resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, April 11, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mary Machac of Albuquerque, NM; daughter, Rose Machac-Chavez; sons, Tony Machac, Marvin Machac, Gerald Machac, and Robert Machac; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Mac/Sonny/Al was preceded in death by his parents, George and Julia Machac. He was a retired veteran of the United States Air Force and a retiree of Sandia National Labs. He will always be remembered for his loving and caring heart and disposition. He was a great husband, father, grandfather and friend. Friends may visit Sunday, April 15, 2012, 5:00 p.m. at French - Lomas Chapel, the Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 16, 2012, 8:30 a.m., at Our Lady of the Annunciation Parish, 2621 Vermont NE, Albuquerque. Burial will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kenneth, Tony, Marvin, Gerald, Robert and Matthew Machac.
