ETTA R. Age 69, passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Etta worked for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Fort Wingate, NM for many years before moving to Albuquerque. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Nora Cowboy and one son, Erickson L. Billy. Etta is survived by her children, Emerson Billy Jr., Elvera Sandoval, Elliott Billy, Ericka Billy, Eudora Billy, Raeleen Morris; 21 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with service to immediately follow on Monday, March 19, 2012, 11:00 am, at Carlisle Community Baptist Church, 1124 Hermosa Dr SE, Albuquerque.
