EDWARD Age 94, a resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, February 21, 2012. He is survived by wife, Marcella Demba of Albuquerque, NM; their children, Joseph Demba of Albuquerque, NM and Christopher Demba and wife, Stacey of Hillsboro, NJ; and two granddaughters, Megan and Melissa Demba also of New Jersey. Mr. Demba was preceded in death by his father, Adam Demba and mother, Agnes Demba. Edward started out as a pick and shovel man then moved up the ladder to a repairman for the CNJ Railroad. He also served his nation proudly during WWII for the US army in the 39th infantry L company. Edward was also a member of the VFW Post 15031 in New Jersey. He was a fourth degree member of The Knights of Columbus of Tome, NM. Edward was a member of The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. Rosary was recited Wednesday, February 29, 2012, 4:30 p.m., at French - Lomas Chapel. Mass was celebrated on Thursday, March 1, 2012, 9:00 a.m., at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Rd NE. Interment taken place at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
