MARY JEAN Age 53, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Wednesday, February 15, 2012. She was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Jose Ignacio Garcia and Estefana Leyba. Mary enjoyed cooking, was a hard worker and loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Danny Garcia and Thomas Garcia. Mary is survived by her son, Jacob "Speedy" Baca and wife Joyce; granddaughters, Theodorita and Bernadette Baca; sisters, Irene Howlett and husband Clinton "Sam", Lucille Romero, Loretta Gonzales, brothers, Jose Garcia, Richard Garcia, Mark Garcia and numerous nieces; nephews; relatives and friends. Mary will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Visitation, Rosary and Mass will take place at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave NW on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 times as follows, Visitation, 9:00 am; Rosary 10:00 am, and Mass at 10:30 am, Interment will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery following Mass. Pallbearers are Richard Garcia, Mark Garcia, Jose Garcia, Joseph Romero, Robert Montoya and Andrew Howlett. Honorary bearer is Theresa Williams.
