MARX J. JR. Age 72, passed away Friday, January 27, 2012. Marx proudly served in the US Air Force, KAFB; he retired from AFD after 23 years, umpired for Little League for over 40 years, also for the World Series Little League and volunteered with St. Vincent de Paul. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Adam Deer. Marx is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Victoria; sons, John Marx Deer., Michael Anthony Deer, Jimmy Deer and William Bryan "Billy" Deer; grandchildren, Nicole Lassiter, Eric Deer, Matthew Deer, Sarah Deer, Kayla Deer, Amanda Deer; great-grandchildren, Skyler, Zachary, Jazmine; sisters, Jackie Deer and Janice Henderson along with many other family and friends. Marx will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. A Rosary to be recited at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 301 Stover Ave. SW on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 6:00 pm. A Memorial Mass will also take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 10:00 am.
