PAT C. The city of Rio Rancho lost one of its most dedicated public servants on January 13, 2012 with the passing of former Mayor Pat D'Arco. A Visitation will be held from 11:30 am - 5:30 pm on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Road Chapel, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. The Family will be receiving guests from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm. A Rosary will be recited and led by Deacon Frank Smith, at 7:00 pm, Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM. Celebration of the Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am, Thursday, January 19, 2012 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, the Celebrant will be Monsignor Douglas Raun, 1502 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM. Entombment will take place immediately following the mass at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM.
