RODNEY T. Age 70, was born in Littleton, CO and became a resident of Albuquerque, NM in l969. Rod passed away peacefully at home on Monday, January 2, 2012. He is survived by his wife Claudia of 49 years; daughter Jessica Slocum; son Kyle Slocum; and grandson Douglas Echols. His sister Debora Bodkin resides in Riverside, CA with her daughter's family. Over the years, Rod enjoyed distinguished and diversified careers in law enforcement: Police Officer, Postal Inspector, and Juvenile Probation/Parole Officer. He was also a master and professionalwood carver, carpenter, and finish carpenter. His favorite pass times were fly fishing and hiking the mountains. Rod was a unique person and is deeply missed by family and friends. Please join us at a Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM, on Friday, January 13, 2012, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 6853 So. Prince St., Littleton, CO, with viewing prior, starting at 9:45 AM. Interment Lehow Cemetery.
