MARY MARGARET Age 72, passed away January 4, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Miguel and Rafelita Padilla; one daughter, Angela; sons, John and Jimmy. She is survived by her husband, Ken Carter; sons, Joe Grill, Karl Grill; daughter, Emma Jean Anderson; three grandchildren; sister, Cora Gonzales and husband Alfonso; brother, Frank Padilla and wife JoAnn; cousin and best friend Aurora Ortiz. She was loved by her many nieces and nephews. Margaret graduated from Santa Fe High in 1957 and went to work for AT&T. She was employed for 38 years with AT&T achieving management positions and working at their various locations including Santa Fe, Albuquerque, EL Monte, CA and Phoenix, AZ. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm, Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Boulevard NW, Albuquerque, NM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, January 11, 2012 at Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Road NE, Rio Rancho, NM.
