APRIL DIANE born on October 6, 1966 in Phoenix, AZ left us at the young age of 45 to be with our Heavenly Father on December 22, 2011. She was preceded in death by her mother, Verna Gage. April is survived by her father, Jerome Noleen Sr. and second mother, Susan Wright; her husband, Allen Chavez; a daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Michael Williams; son, Chase Beltramo; and a granddaughter, Jazmine Beltramo. She is also survived by three sisters and one brother; also many nieces and nephews. Services will be held on January 7, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 3715 Silver Ave SE
