LINDA Age 64, on December 30, 2011 went home to be with the Lord. She is now singing and rejoicing in His presence. Linda was born April 19, 1947 to Reuben and Laura C. Sanchez. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister Bennie Sanchez; and grandson Daniel Griego. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Joseph M. Griego; daughter Mona Griego; sons Andrew Griego and wife Antoinette, Rueben Griego and wife Christine; eight grandchildren Mathew, Rebekah, Amberly, Reuben Jr., Sofia, Santiago, Gabriel and Michael; three brothers Ruben, Raul and Diego Sanchez; four sisters Dinah Martinez, Lorraine Sanchez, Vivian Stanton, Therese (Kutchy) Sanchez; and several nieces and nephews. Linda was a devoted Christian, loving wife, mother, grandmother and was a treasure to everyone that knew her. She always shared her faith in Christ which inspired and touched many people throughout her life. She will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 4th at 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the Reflection of Life Chapel (Washington and Cutler NE). Visitation and Funeral services will be held on January 5th at Calvary Chapel (4001 Osuna NE) at 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., officiated by Pastor Greg Griego. Burial will follow at El Evangelio Cemetery (3816 Blake SW) Pallbearers will be Andrew, Reuben, Matthew and Rueben Jr. Griego, David Sanchez, Richard Damon Gutierrez, and Phillip Paiz.
