LARRY Age 77, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Friday, December 9, 2011. He is survived by Joan, his wife of 57 years; children, Skip Vernon, Corbi Dillard, DeAnn Bradford, Tami Vernon, Rian Vernon, and Hayli Eitel; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He grew up working for his father in the painting business, attending several trade schools, eventually opening his own business with his wife Joan. Together they successfully owned and operated Heritage Painting Co., Inc. for over 40 years. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at Mountainside Church of Christ, 12300 Indian School Rd NE with interment to follow at Sandia Memory Gardens at 2:00 p.m. Should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Animal Humane Society of New Mexico, 615 Virginia St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
