NINA 1928-2011 A lifelong resident of Los Lunas, NM, passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2011. She was a member of the San Clemente Catholic. She was preceded in death by her parents, Solomon and Cecilia Brusuelas Vallejos and former husband, Tony Vialpando. Nina is survived by her daughter, Susan Ortega and husband, Mike; son, Robert Vialpando and wife, Doris; two grandchildren, Demetrio Vialpando and partner, Janet Quintanilla, and Jessica Montano and husband, Danny; two great-grandchildren, Isabel and Isaac; and three sisters, Mila Boehler and husband, John, Consuelo Luna and Nathalie Gallagher and husband, Bill. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A special thank you to David Alderete and Richard Moya at Lakeview Manor for the loving care they provided for almost a year for Nina. Also thank you to the Ambercare Hospice nurses who also provided care for Nina. All services will be held at the San Clemente Catholic Church in Los Lunas, beginning with a Visitation at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 10, with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. A Final Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 11, with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at the San Clemente Catholic Cemetery.
