WALTER HOWARD 73, of Albuquerque, born in New York City on October 25, 1937, passed away at his home on Friday, September 23, 2011. Walter was preceded in death by his mother, Doris; and father, Walter Harry Wood. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sigrid; daughter, Tammy of Florida; son, John of Canada; sister, Kathie, and family of San Antonio, Texas; brother, Jerry, and family of Fredericksburg, Texas; and other family and friends who love and will miss him. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at New Life Baptist Church, 6900 Los Volcanes Road NW, with Dr. Larry Allen serving as officiant.
