DARLENE A. Oct. 31, 1965-Sept. 18, 2011 Darlene walked into the arms of the Lord on September 18, 2011. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents Fidel and Amalia Romero. Darlene is survived by her siblings, Nancy Villas, Irene and husband, Carmen Garcia, Bella Romero, Fidel Sr. and wife, Ramona Romero, Robert Romero Sr., Andrew and wife, Margie Romero and Richard Romero; nephews and nieces, Gilbert Jr., Michael, and Angela Villas, Ricardo and Christa Garcia, Fidel, Eric and Kathleen (Binga) Romero, Valerie, Robert, Sharon and Daniel Romero, Andrew (Guy) Romero, Jennifer Moya and Kimberly Romero. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Villas Jr., Michael Villas, Fidel Romero Jr., Andrew (Guy) Romero, Eric Romero, and Robert Romero Jr., and Honorary pallbearers will be Ricardo Garcia, Christa Garcia, Valerie Romero, Jennifer Moya, Angela Villas, Sharon Romero, Kathleen (Binga) Romero, Kimberly Romero and Daniel Romero. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 21 from 6:00pm-7:00pm at Riverside Funeral Home with a Rosary being recited at 7pm. The funeral service will be held Thursday, September 22 with a viewing at 8:30am with Mass to follow at 9am at Holy Family Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
