Obituary for JARAMILLO

TINA Age 59, of Albuquerque, went home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ, on August 30, 2011 after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Ralph Jaramillo; children Elizabeth Garcia and husband Robert, Matthew Jaramillo and wife Tina; grandchildren, Jazmine, Matthew "Tito", Robert "Tibbs", Kaitlyn; and grandbaby on the way; brothers, Tony Montoya and wife Julie, Licho Montoya and wife Susie; sister, Dora Padilla and husband Ralph; sister in law, Gloria Montoya; In-laws, Luis Jaramillo and wife Josie, Serapio Jaramillo Jr., Bernardo Jaramillo, Eloy Jaramillo, Jose Jaramillo, Flora Baca, Chavelita Jaramillo, Herlinda Jaramillo, Faye Trujillo, Lugie Espinoza, Beatrice Tafoya, and Lucy Perez; and many loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Tina was preceded in death by parents, Antonio and Eduvijen Montoya; brother, Julian Montoya; parents in law, Serapio and Eliza Jaramillo; special nephew, Michael "Mikey" Padilla. Mrs. Jaramillo was a loving, caring wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She never met a stranger and was loved by many. The most important thing in her life was her faith in Jesus Christ and her special loving children and grandchildren. She will be missed by many. We love you and miss you, our little "Trooper". You fought a strong battle. The Jaramillo family would like to thank all of their wonderful family members for their love, prayers, and support in this difficult time, also all of the staff from the New Mexico Cancer Center and all of the wonderful medical staff at Presbyterian Hospital, MSU Specialty Care Unit. A rosary will be recited Saturday, September 3, at 8:30 AM, at Holy Family Church, 550 Atrisco Dr. SW. The funeral mass will be celebrated immediately following at 9:00 AM. Interment will follow at Los Padillas Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Carlos Montoya, Richard Chavez, Michael Campbell, David Tafoya, Jose Jaramillo, and Eloy Jaramillo.
