LOUISA F. 84, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 27, 2011. Mrs. Barela is survived by her children, Peggy Gutierrez, Ruben Barela and wife, Sandra, and Theresa L. Lewis and husband, James; her sister, Nellie Flores; her borther Benny Flores; her grandchildren, Manny, Lawrence, Tanya, Maxine, Jonathon and Yvette; 16 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchilren; Mrs. Barela was preceded in death by her husband Max Barela; her son, Manuel Barela; grandson, Robert; and great-granddaughter, Natasia. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 30, 2011 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m.. Final visitation will be Wednesday morning in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel from 9:00 a.m. until 9: 30 a.m. A Committal Service will follow the visitation at 11:15 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Manny Barela, Lawrence Barela, Jonathon Barela, Trebor Dominguez, David Dominguez, and Dominic Dominiguez.
