ILENE LAVONNE A long-time resident of Albuquerque, died Thursday, August 11, 2011, at the age of 88. She was born on May 14, 1923 in Ohlman, Illinois. She is survived by her spouse, Delbert Jones, Jr. of Albuquerque; daughters, Carol Wilson and husband Jim of Wisconsin, Kathy Taylor and husband Matthew of Albuquerque; son, Larry Jones and wife Heather of Montana; eight grandchildren; 16 great - grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is remembered as a loving Christian wife, mother, and grandmother whose faith in the Lord was evident in her everyday life. A Memorial Service will be held at Carter Hall in La Vida Llena, 10501 Lagrima De Oro Rd. NE in Albuquerque, on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. with Ken Moore officiating.
