Obituary for RIGDON

Published in the Albuquerque Journal on Sunday August 07, 2011

HANNAH MARIE Age 10, went to be with Jesus and her Heavenly Father on Monday, August 1st. She was born Jan 15, 2001 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Hannah is survived by her parents, Duane and Judy Rigdon; grandparents, Lloyd and Georgia Howeth and Mac and Helen Rigdon; two uncles, Greg Howeth and wife Deena, Brian Rigdon and wife Missie; one aunt, Carla Howeth; and cousins, Matt and Dalton Howeth, Melissa, Stan, Brianna and Eli Rigdon. In her short life, Hannah touched every person she met. Wherever she went strangers would come up to her to say hello, touch her, and pray over her. Hannah was always happy and enjoyed people. Her favorite thing to do was going to Sunday School and Church with her parents. Her church, Sandia Baptist, was her second family. She loved music, especially the bagpipes, and enjoyed going to the Scottish games and the Albuquerque Aquarium. God blessed her and the family with wonderful nurses to help care for her. We thank Marjorie Dye, Beth Staley and Liz Dennison for their dedication, love and support. We also thank Dr. Chilton who was so dedicated to her care and for the Mariposa Hospice. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 8, 2011 at Sandia Baptist Church, 9429 Constitution Blvd NE. Burial will be at Mountain Valley Cemetery, Edgewood, NM at 2:30 p.m. Monday.
