RICHARD L. Died Friday July 29, 2011 in Clovis New Mexico. He was 55 years old. Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on February 24, 1956, to Lynn and Isabel Cummings and graduated from Eldorado HS in 1974. Richard was an excellent student and beloved friend. He received a degree in water utilities from New Mexico State University and went on to work in various cities within New Mexico. Richard took a position at Cannon AFB in Clovis where he worked for the last fifteen years. Richard also lived in Angel Fire, NM, and was an avid outdoorsman. He loved people, land and animals. Richard is survived by his sister, Joan Cummings, of Arizona. Funeral arrangements are with Steed Todd Memorial in Clovis.
