KARMELLE L. Age 50, born August 2, 1960 passed away on Tuesday June 14, 2011. Karmelle is survived by her son Garrett Shields; father J. Darrell Hood; brother: Joe Hood Jr.; and sisters: Michelle Blackwell and Betty Barnett. She was preceded in death by her mother LaRue Hood and stepmother Helen Hood. She was a loving mother, sister and daughter who loved fast cars, loud music and kittens. A Life Celebration Service will be held Monday June 20th at 4:20 p.m. in the Reflection of Life Chapel (Washington and Cutler NE).
