CHARLES E. Of Rio Rancho died June 3, 2011. Born 12-19-1925 in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He was a school administrator in Iowa, France, Illinois, Colorado, Oregon, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico. Survived by wife Lael; children Jennifer Wellington of Santa Fe and Greg Wellington (wife Barbara) of Folsom, California; and grandchildren, Micah Miller, Pierre Miller, Kent Wellington and Laura Wellington. In retirement Charles served as a helpful, friendly handyman to all in the community. A Memorial Service will be held June 18, 2011 at High Desert United Methodist Church, 10:30 a.m.
